When I started Real Estate I was planning to take my own pictures of my listings. However, I soon realized that with so many people pre-approving homes over the internet prior to even contacting an agent it would be imperative to offer my clients professional shots. The virtual tours and websites are an unbelievable bonus. The weekly stat reports make it easy to keep my buyers informed.
